Hyderabad: Ramky Infrastructure Ltd has signed a concession agreement for the Rs 1,101 crore four-laning project in the Srinagar-Banihal section of the National Highway Authority of India. The company bagged this project last month.
The project is being implemented by a consortium comprising a joint venture between Ramky Infrastructure Ltd, which has 74 per cent stake, and Jiangshu Provincial Transportation Engineering Group Co Ltd, China, with 26 per cent.
This is being taken up on design, build, finance, operate and transfer (DBFOT) on an annuity basis, with a concession period of 20 years, including the construction period of three years. While the cost of the project is Rs 1,101 crore, the semi-annual annuity for the project is Rs 1,34.84 crore, a company statement said.
