  • Job Title: Business Presentation Specialist

    Job Description

    • Creative thinking through designs to create Business presentations, with primary focus on MS-PowerPoint, PDF, MS-Word and MS-Excel and other design tools.
    • Editing and formatting of documents with creative approach.
    • Ensure timely delivery of assignment that is defect-free and has consistency in formatting and layout.
    • Understand management requirements and instructions clearly and estimate time required for assignment completion.
    • Excellent knowledge on MS- Excel reporting and preparation of Charts, Graphs etc.
    • Preparing Power Point Presentation according to requirement.
    • Coordinate with all team members for data collation and reporting via e-mails/phone calls/directly.
    • Should also have ability to handle PDF presentations
    • Should also be able to design creative outlays for in-house publications and animations.


    Desired Candidate Profile

    • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline/ 3 years Diploma
    • More than 3 years of experience in similar work profile.
    • Excellent MS-Office proficiency, especially MS-Excel, Power point, Outlook, Word
    • MS Office 2003 / 2007 certification / qualification (preferable)
    • Excellent communication, proficiency in English language & analytical skills
    • Strong interpersonal skills will be essential as candidate has to liaise and work closely with all levels within the team
    • Extremely dedicated, self-motivated, and willing to take responsibility.
    • Proactive individual, with the ability to work alone as well as part of a team
    • Ability to work under pressure and deliver accurately on time
