2002 The name was changed to Sanofi-Synthelabo (India) Ltd.
1996 Sanofi-Synthelabo (India) Ltd was incorporated in June 1996 under the name Sanofi Torrent (India) Private Ltd.
1956 Sanofi India Ltd was incorporated under the name Hoechst Fedco Pharma Private Ltd.
