Airtel launches 4G service in Moga, Punjab

New Delhi: Bharti AirtelBSE 1.17 % Friday expanded its 4G footprints in the Punjab circles with the launch of its?services in Moga.

Moga has become the 11th town in the state to get Airtel 4G services following Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula, Ludhiana, Jalandhar, Amritsar, Hoshiarpur, Phagwara, Kapurthala and Patiala.

"We invite our data savvy customers in the city to enjoy this world class data experience which we are offering at unbeatable prices," Manu Sood, hub CEO -upper North, Bharti Airtel (India), said in a statement.

The telco has also launched 4G home Wi-Fi device and priced it at Rs 2500. The device will allow customers to enjoy capabilities like high definition video streaming with zero buffering, download 10 movies in less than 30 minutes, upload full holiday albums in less than 5 minutes by uploading 2 high quality photos per second and connect multiple devices without any experience constraint.

The home Wi-Fi and will come bundled with a host of affordable 4G packs/plans.

Apart from home broadband, customers can now also enjoy Airtel 4G on the move on compatible smartphones, dongles, Mi-fi and Wi-fi dongles.
