Jabong ties up with MobiKwik Wallet for mobile payments

Chennai: Mobile wallet company MobiKwik has partnered with Jabong.com to provide mobile payment services to Jabong's customers.

"With more than 50 % of our business coming through mobile, it was vital to work on a solution that makes the whole process and thereby experience, seamless," Praveen Sinha, Co-Founder and MD, Jabong, said in a statement.

Encouraging customers to shop while on the go, Jabong will have exciting offers and discounts when making a payment through MobiKwik, Sinha said.

For MobiKwik users, Jabong will offer an exclusive discount of 30% on a minimum purchase of Rs 999.

Also, all purchases made on the fashion portal using MobiKwik wallet will be entitled to get 15% cashback between January 29 and January 31, 2015.

The cashback, which has an upper limit of Rs 150, can be further utilized for making other transactions, viz. money transfer, recharges, bill payments, online shopping, the statement said.

Shoppers need to apply the coupon code MOBIJAB30 on Jabong to activate the 30% discount. MobiKwik's cashback can be claimed via a link that will be e-mailed to users within 72 hours or less of placing the order on Jabong.
