Passenger vehicle sales up 9% in February: SIAM

New Delhi: Sales of passenger vehicles grew by 9.01% to 255359 units in February, as per data released by industry body Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM).

While sales of commercial vehicles went up by 7.34% to 66939 units last month, those of two-wheelers remained flat at 1362045 units.

Overall, sales of vehicles across categories went up by 0.94% to 1719699 units in February.
