Indian Immunologicals Ltd (IIL) was created by National Dairy Development Board (NDDB) under the Operation Flood program with objective of improving livestock health in India in 1982. Today, IIL is the third largest animal health player in the Indian market and the market leader in veterinary biologicals in India. It operates one of the largest plants in the world for veterinary vaccines which is WHO-GMP and ISO-9001, 14001, 18001 and 27001 certified.
IIL manufactures a range of pediatric and adult vaccines. IIL also provides immunization services through its franchisee Abhay Clinics. IIL also provides vaccines, diagnostics, therapeutics, nutrition products for large, small and companion animals besides, manufacturing cattle feed and area specific animal feeds specific to different nutritional requirements. IIL supplies high quality, yet affordable vaccines to veterinarians and medical practitioners worldwide.
