Karbonn has been at the forefront of ushering in the revolution of Indian mobile phone handset brands, challenging the established players in the business. The company is a joint venture between Delhi-based Jaina Group and Bangalore-based UTL Group.

With more than 85,000 outlets, Karbonn reaches out to people across the length and breadth of the country, enhancing its penetration and reach. The brand has achieved a distribution footprint of over 90 per cent coverage of the districts and sold 20 million devices in a very short span of time. Also, the company caters to international customers through its expansion in other countries and regions such as Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, South East Asia, Africa and Middle East. The brand currently has more than 870 service centres across India and over 12 service centres outside India.
