Germany's Tristone Flowtech to set up manufacturing facility in Pune

Mumbai: The Germany-based Tristone Flowtech Group, the former subsidiary of Trelleborg Automotive and a flow technology systems specialist, has announced the completion of construction activity for its upcoming new plant in India located at Pune.

The company plans to start the production at the plant in the fourth quarter in 2017. The new plant will have manufacturing, as well as warehousing capabilities. In addition it will host the future surge tank production as well as engine cooling and aircharge hose production for the Indian market. The company has a wholly-owned subsidiary in the country, Tristone India. It had established the new sales and engineering company in Pune in September 2015 to further support the market entry in India.
