Tecnimont is a leading engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) company operating worldwide in the areas of chemicals, petrochemicals, oil and gas, power and other sectors of the process plant industry. It is part of the Montedison Group, which was established in 1966 and a result of the merger of Montecatini (existing since 1888) and Edison (existing since 1884), two major names in the Italian chemicals, fertilisers, petrochemicals and energy industries.
