Technical presentations were held on 16 August 2019 at IBEF office and technical evaluation has been completed by the members of the Bid Evaluation Committee. As per technical bid evaluation (refer to ANNEXURE II of RFP document), following 3 participating bidders have been qualified in technical bid evaluation:

This is to remind you that as mentioned under para 1.9 of RFP document, Financial Bids of technically qualified bidders will be opened on 23 Aug 2019.

Financial Bids will be opened at 11 AM at Room No. 216, Udyog Bhawan, New Delhi. Technically qualified bidders as listed above are invited to attend the Financial Bid Opening on 23 August 2019.

As per ‘Data Sheet and Important Dates’ under para 1.9 of RFP document, eligibility bids of participating bidders were opened on 8 Aug 2019 at IBEF office in presence of bidders.
