The proposals will be opened on April 7, 2021 at 11 AM at the IBEF office. The bidders who have participated in the RFP may join the proposal opening in person. One representative from each company is allowed to join the proposal opening session. Please note that the proposals will be opened on April 7, 2021 to check if the proposal has been submitted in the prescribed format as per the RFP. No financial or technical evaluation will take place on April 7, 2021.
It is not mandatory to attend the proposal opening session for the bidders.
