After evaluation of proposals, the project has been awarded to Solarman Engineering projects on L1 basis.
Update, 3 June 2019
Technical bids of four eligible bidders have been evaluated and following companies have technically been qualified-
- Infinite Vision Tech LLP
- Solarman Engineering projects
Bid from Aforeserve was rejected as Financial proposal was submitted in the Technical proposal folder.
Technically qualified bidders are invited for financial bid opening at IBEF office on 4th June 2019 (Tuesday) at 11 AM.
Please note that the financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened. Those companies which have not been qualified in technical round, can collect their financial bids at the financial bid opening at IBEF office.
The presence of technically qualified bidders is mandatory for financial bid opening.
Update, 29 May 2019
Bids were opened at IBEF office on 28th May 2019 at 3 PM, in presence of participating bidder. All 4 bids of the participating companies have been accepted and will be evaluated further by the evaluation committee.

This is to confirm that the bids in response to the Request for Proposal (RFP) for IT Support Services For India Brand Equity Foundation), have been received from the following agencies:
- Infinite Vision Tech LLP
- Broadway Infotech Pvt Ltd
- Solarman Engineering Project
- Aforeserve Ltd
Bids will be opened on 28th May, 2019 at 3 PM at IBEF office. You are invited to attend the bid opening on 28th May at IBEF office. Please note that only outer envelope will be opened to check whether the bids have been submitted according to the guidelines laid out in RFP document or not. No technical or financial evaluation will be done on 28th May 2019.
