RFQ No: B&C/003/03/2021 Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Middle East Airport Media Buying for IBEF Projects stands cancelled based on recommendation of evaluation committee.

Airport Media Buying 003 2021: B&C/003/03/2021:RFQ shall be opened at 12.30 afternoon on 25th March 2021, the participating companies may attend the proceedings in person.

Update: 22th March 2021

1.   Date of submission extended till 25th March 2020, 12.30 Afternoon

2.   All the eligibility documents are mandatory and need to be attached with the Original RFQ Form in a single envelope.

3.   There is a change in the specifications in some of the airport Brandings.

• Page number 11, serial number 4, the number of faces should be 34 instead of 30 mentioned in RFQ.
• Page number 11, serial number 5, number of faces should be 6 instead of 5 mentioned in the RFQ. Page number 11, serial number 6 the number of faces should be 16 instead of 6 mentioned, page number 12 serial number 11, number of faces should be 50 instead of 85 mentioned in the RFQ. Same needs to be followed in part 2 also.

Question: Part B at Page Number 3 - Quotation Form: The Quotation Form in Part G is a form that is mandatory to be completed. 

Clarification Issued:  No Part G is present in the RFQ document, kindly note the quotation form is in Part F. The agencies are supposed to submit the entire RFQ in original format duly sealed and signed on each page by the authorised signatory. The PART F can be filled by typing in the values and hand written format is not mandatory.
