After evaluation of proposals, the project has been awarded to Broadway Infotech Pvt Ltd on L1 basis.

Update: 20 May 2020

Bids were opened on 19^th May at 5:30 PM. Outer/main envelope was opened to check whether the bids were submitted according to the guidelines laid out in RFP document or not. All 12 bidders were found to be eligible for further evaluation.

Technical evaluation of 12 eligible bidders was carried out by the evaluation committee. Out of 12 bidders, following 4 bidders have scored more than 60 marks and have qualified in technical round as per the criteria laid out in RFP document:

Financial bids of above mentioned qualified bidders will be opened on 22^nd May, 2020 at 11.30 AM at IBEF office. Qualified bidders are invited to attend the financial bid opening on 22^nd May 2020 at 11:30 AM, either in person or through Cisco Webex meeting. Detail for Webex meeting is given below-
