Update, 15 May 2019:

Technical bids of twenty three eligible bidders have been evaluated and following companies have technically been qualified-

Technically qualified bidders are invited for financial bid opening at IBEF office on 17 May 2019 (Friday) at 11 AM.

Please note that the financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened. Those companies which have not been qualified in technical round, can collect their financial bids at the financial bid opening at IBEF office.

The presence of technically qualified bidders is mandatory for financial bid opening.

Update: 09 May 2019

Bids were opened at IBEF office on 09 May 2019 at 12 PM, in presence of participating bidders. Out of 24 bids, 23 bids of the following companies have been accepted and will be evaluated further by the evaluation committee. Bid of Phoenix Media Pvt Ltd was not submitted according to the guidelines laid out in the RFP document. Technical bid and financial bid of Phoenix were submitted separately rather than putting them in one outer envelope and hence been disqualified. The bid submitted by Phoenix Media Pvt Ltd will not be evaluated further. Technical Bids of the following 23 companies will be evaluated further by the evaluation committee-

The proposals submitted by the companies in response to the ‘RFP for web maintenance and hosting of India Brand Equity Foundation (IBEF) Website (www.IBEF.org)’, will be opened on 09 May 2019 (Thursday), 12:00 noon at IBEF office. Participating bidders are requested to attend the bids opening on 9 May 2019 at 12 noon.

Kindly note that only envelopes will be opened to check whether the bids have been submitted according to the submission guidelines or not. No technical evaluation will be done on 09 May 2019.
