CARE Ratings signs MoU with Japan Credit Agency

Mumbai: Credit Analysis and Research (CARE Ratings) today informed the exchanges that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Japan Credit Rating Agency, Ltd (JCR). This MoU is to collaborate with each other as strategic business partners.

CARE ratings also said that they have agreed to co-operate with each other to maximise their support for the Indian and Japanese companies’ funding and other business activities.

At 2.30 pm, the stocks of Credit Analysis and Research was trading at Rs 1,378.60 on the Bombay Stock Exchange, up by 7.1% as compared to previous day's close.
