Philippines keen on tie-ups in rubber sector
Rubber is poised to emerge as a growth driver for economic relations between India and the Philippines. Philippines has identified India as a key partner for reinvigorating its rubber sector, said Mr Niraj Thakkar, President, All India Rubber Industries Association (AIRIA).
Nasscom to build start-up warehouses
Nasscom is in talks with the state governments of Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu to set up ‘start-up warehouses’ for incubation of start-ups. The initiative '10,000 Start-ups' aims to provide necessary support to technology start-ups in order to create 10,000 domain specific start-ups in the country.

P&G to invest Rs 244 crore in Indian arm
Procter and Gamble (P&G) plans to invest about Rs 244 crore (US$ 40.48 million) in its unlisted Indian arm P&G Home Products this year. The fresh funds earmarked for India take P&G's total investment in the country to around Rs 1,000 crore (US$ 165.9 million) in FY 2013-14.

Kerala-based firm holding trials to make turmeric a food supplement
