This is to inform you all that the EMD and sealed Financial Proposals can be picked up on Oct 19, 2016 at 3 PM from IBEF office. EMD will be returned to all the participants and sealed financial proposals of non-qualified (technical evaluation) participants will be returned.

Result:

Based on the financial bids submitted by shortlisted participants and final calculation, Cyber Media has scored the highest marks among technically qualified participants.

Pre-Qualification Bid Opening, 4th October 2016

• Out of 9 participating companies, representatives of 7 companies were present at the bid opening.
• Out of 9, 8 Proposals (Om Logic, Span Communications, Cyber Futuristics, TSD Corporation, CyberMedia, FFC Information Solutions, Crayons, India News Communications) have been found to be in order. One proposal from SilverPush has been rejected as the financial proposal was not sealed.
