Praj Ranked As 2nd Hottest Company In Global Bioeconomy For 2021

Praj Industries, a bio-based technology and engineering group, stated on Monday that US-based Biofuels Digest ranked it as second in a list of the world's 50 hottest global bioeconomy companies for 2021 in the category of low-carbon fuels and renewable chemicals.

This list represents businesses which have made an excellent contribution to the bioeconomy through the creation and implementation of sustainable solutions for decarbonisation, using innovative technology to help conserve the environment.

In the other category of biodesign and engineering, Praj has secured third ranking that recognises businesses for their innovation and services capabilities in commercial-scale operations and products.

Mr. Jim Lane, Editor and Publisher of the Biofuels Digest, said, “It is the highest ranking ever attained by an Asian company and the highest ever achieved by an engineering services firm.”
