This is to inform you that on the basis of technical evaluation of 21 participants the following stand qualified for the next round i.e. financial bid opening:

Technically qualified bidders are invited for financial bid opening at the IBEF office on June 28, 2019 (Friday) at 12 noon.
Please note that the financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened.
The presence of technically qualified bidders is mandatory for financial bid opening.

Bids were opened at IBEF office on 24th June 2019 at 12 PM (noon), in the presence of participating bidders (attendance attached). All 21 bids of the participating firms have been accepted and will be evaluated further by the evaluation committee.

Greetings from IBEF!
Thank you for showing your interest and submitting your proposal against our RFP for appointment of Tax consultant.
To begin with the procedural part I would like to inform you that we are going to open main sealed envelope (only) in order to check the seal authenticity of inside envelopes (i.e., whether Technical & Financial envelopes are properly sealed or not) and thus herby invite you for the same.
One representative from one company may attend the opening session as per below schedule.
