Post the evaluation of the technical proposals, the following agencies have been shortlisted:

Shortlisted agencies are invited to send their representatives for the opening of financial proposals on May 12, 2017 at 12:00 noon.

Update May 4, 2017

Agencies shortlisted under Pre-qualification are required to do a presentation of their concept and creative rendition for the project on Tuesday, May 9, 2017. Each presentation will be of 15 minutes duration and has to be limited to presenting their concept note and creative ideas for umbrella branding of Indian agri-products, tea, coffee and spices. The presentations will start at 10:00 am.

Agencies will be further updated on the time slots by Friday, May 5, 2017.

Update May 1, 2017

Post the evaluation of pre-qualification proposals, the following agencies have been deemed qualified to participate in the technical evaluation round:

2) Rediffusion DYR
3) Havas Media
4) Goldmine Advertising
5) Promodome Communications
6) Paramin Advertising and Marketing Associates

Proposals of RK Swamy BBDO and Ventures Advertising have been disqualified, as these agencies did not fulfil the criteria of having their pre-qualification and technical proposals in separate sealed envelopes.
