The RFP stands cancelled. All the agencies who have participated in the RFP may collect their proposals from the IBEF office.

Update September 18, 2018

The proposal opening and eligibility check is scheduled for September 19, 2018 at 11 AM at the IBEF office. Agencies who have participated in the RFP may depute one person each for this session. At this stage, only eligibility documents will be evaluated. Technical and Financial proposals will not be opened on September 19, 2018.

Update August 28, 2018

The pre-bid session for this RFP is scheduled for 11 am on August 31, 2018 at the IBEF office. The prospective agencies interested in being part of this session should email the names and designation of the personnel on pawan.chabra@ibef.org by 4 PM on Aug 30, 2018. A maximum of two people/organisation can attend this session.
