Clarification of queries
The bidders may submit an undertaking as per their format for the execution of work for IBEF.
IBEF has an office in Delhi, therefore work may largely be associated with the Delhi Office. No additional out of pocket expenses shall be paid for the work of Delhi & NCR. The out of pocket expenses may be paid for work outside Delhi & NCR as per IBEF Travel Policy.
The rates/quotes provided in the RFQ will be considered as rate card. The total of the amounts in Part F shall be used for evaluation purposes only. The payment shall be made based on the actual work done and the rates provided in Part F will be considered for calculation purposes.
