During the period 2014-23, 10,867 Road Over Bridges/Road Under Bridges completed.

The Amrit Bharat Station Scheme, succeeding the Model Station Scheme, is a Ministry of Railways initiative focused on continuously developing Indian railway stations. It employs phased Master Plans for station enhancement, addressing amenities like access, waiting areas, cleanliness, advanced features such as free Wi-Fi, 'One Station One Product' kiosks, and Executive Lounges tailored to each station's needs. The scheme also prioritizes building improvements, multimodal integration, sustainable solutions, and city center creation, identifying 1318 stations, including 23 in Bikaner and 18 in Jodhpur, for modernization.

In parallel, significant progress in infrastructure is evident, with 10,867 Road Over Bridges (ROBs) and Road Under Bridges (RUBs) completed from 2014 to 2023, aiming to eliminate manned level crossing gates. In the fiscal year 2023-24, 612 ROBs/RUBs have been completed, with an expenditure of US$ 478.6 million (Rs. 3,970 crore) by December 2023. This strategic development aligns with ongoing efforts to enhance safety, train mobility, and road user convenience.
