India is undergoing a transformation, and the pace of development over the past 10 years has taken the world by surprise, said Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi. Addressing the Indian diaspora in the Russian capital, he emphasized that India is changing due to the strength of its 140 crore citizens, who now dream of turning their resolve of 'Viksit Bharat' into reality. Today's India is self-confident, unlike before 2014, and this is our biggest capital. He added that with the blessings of the diaspora, even the biggest goals can be achieved, as today's India accomplishes whatever it sets its mind to. He mentioned that it is in his DNA to challenge all obstacles. He predicted that India would write a new chapter of global growth in the coming years.

He highlighted that a month ago, he took the oath as Prime Minister for the third consecutive term and resolved to work with triple the strength and speed to fulfill the country's aspirations. Prime Minister stated, “Our government envisions making India the world's third-largest economy, building three crore homes for people experiencing poverty, and transforming three crore poor women in villages into lakhpati didi.” He further noted the significance of the number three in several government goals. Prime Minister also pointed out India's achievements, such as sending Chandrayaan to an unprecedented place on the moon and providing the world with the most reliable model for digital transactions. He concluded that India's development over the past ten years was just a trailer; we will see much faster growth in the next 10 years.
