Prime Minister, Mr. Narendra Modi recently inaugurated and laid the foundation stone for 112 National Highway projects valued at approximately US$ 12.1 billion (Rs. 1 Lakh Crore) in Gurugram, Haryana. He highlighted the transformative impact of modern connectivity in his address, citing the dedication of the Haryana section of the Dwarka Expressway as a pivotal moment that will significantly enhance travel experiences between Delhi and Haryana. He underscored the government's commitment to accelerate infrastructure development, with over US$ 120.9 billion (Rs. 10 lakh crore) worth of projects either inaugurated or initiated within the first three months

of 2024, including key developments in states like Karnataka, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Bengal, Bihar, Maharashtra, Punjab, and Rajasthan.

The Prime Minister commended the Haryana government's dedication towards timely project completion and reiterated the government's vision for comprehensive progress in the Delhi-NCR region.
