On October 30, 2024, Dabur announced its acquisition of Sesa Care, an Ayurvedic personal care and wellness company, for an enterprise value of Rs. 325 crore (US$ 28.96 million). This acquisition will enable Dabur to expand its presence in the Rs. 900 crore (US$ 107.89 million) Ayurvedic hair oil market, as Sesa Care is the third largest player in this segment with a consolidated turnover of Rs. 133.3 crore for the FY24.

On 19 November 2023, Dabur announced plans to establish a new manufacturing unit in South India within a year due to the region's growing business. With 20% of its domestic sales from South India, Dabur aims to customize products for this market. The company, with 13 manufacturing units across India, plans to expand capacity and diversify manufacturing activities. Internationally, Dabur eyes growth in the Middle East and Europe.
