On December 1, 2025, Ola Electric rolled out a pan-India in-app service appointment feature under its Hyperservice initiative to let customers schedule service slots, track status and manage all service needs within the Ola app, enhancing transparency and convenience in EV servicing.
Ola has obtained Compliance Certification under the Production Linked Incentive (PLI) scheme for the automobile and auto components sector, covering its Gen 3 scooter range. This certification, issued by the Automotive Research Association of India (ARAI) on behalf of the Ministry of Heavy Industries, Government of India, applies to all seven Ola S1 Gen 3 scooters.
