In November 2023, Tanishq opened its store Frisco as part of its global business expansion strategy and to cater to the growing needs of the Indian diaspora in the US. As announced in November 2023, Tanishq is planning to have 50 boutiques globally over the long term, said Mr. Kuruvilla Markose, the CEO of Titan Company which manages the brand business, as it opened a boutique Singapore in November. In July 2023, Tanishq has reduced its technology support cost by 30% by migrating its inventory management to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. To meet the influx of customer demand, Tanishq developed an Endless Aisle service for its store managers to showcase the nationwide inventory of jewellery to customers.
