Concession agreements are signed with NHAI for the TOT-13 Project by IRB Kota Tollway Pvt. Ltd. and IRB Gwalior Tollway Pvt. Ltd., the project SPVs of IRB Infrastructure Trust (Associate of IRB Infra).

In September 2021, IRB Infrastructure Developers Limited received a Letter of Award from the NHAI for development of Six Laning of Chittoor-Thachur road project on Hybrid Annuity mode (under Bharatmala Pariyojana) in Tamil Nadu (Package-IV).
In January 2021, the VM7 Expressway Pvt. Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the IRB Infrastructure Developers Ltd., achieved financial closure for Gandeva – Ena HAM project in Gujarat. the project includes construction of eight lanes for the Gandeva – Ena section, a stretch of 27.5 kms, on the upcoming Vadodara-Mumbai Expressway under the Bharatmala Pariyojana (Phase I, Package VII).

In November 2020, IRB Infra’s SPV, AE Tollway Ltd. achieved completion and commissioning of its Agra Etawah six-lane highway project in UP, enabling the company to collect toll at full tariff (70% increase over the current tariff).
IRB Infrastructure received a contract of Rs. 1,755 crore (US$ 241.40 million) for the construction of a section of the Vadodara-Mumbai Expressway.
