IRB Infrastructure Developers Ltd. informed that IRB Lalitpur Tollway Pvt. Ltd., a Project SPV of the IRB Infrastructure Trust (an Associate of IRB Infra), has signed the Concession Agreement today with the NHAI for Tolling and Operations & Maintenance of the Lalitpur Lakhnadon stretch of NH44 in the State of Madhya Pradesh on TollOperate-Transfer (TOT) basis.

In January 2021, the VM7 Expressway Pvt. Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the IRB Infrastructure Developers Ltd., achieved financial closure for Gandeva – Ena HAM project in Gujarat. The project includes construction of eight lanes for the Gandeva – Ena section, a stretch of 27.5 kms, on the upcoming Vadodara-Mumbai Expressway under the Bharatmala Pariyojana (Phase I, Package VII).
