In December 2025, IRB Infrastructure Trust emerged as the preferred bidder for NHAI's TOT-18 concession for the 74.5-km Chandikhole–Bhadrak section of NH-16 in Odisha, with an upfront concession fee of Rs. 3,087 crore (US$ 349.33 million). In January 2021, the VM7 Expressway Pvt. Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the IRB Infrastructure Developers Ltd., achieved financial closure for Gandeva – Ena HAM project in Gujarat. The project includes construction of eight lanes for the Gandeva – Ena section, a stretch of 27.5 kms, on the upcoming Vadodara-Mumbai Expressway under the Bharatmala Pariyojana (Phase I, Package VII).
