IRB Infrastructure Developers Ltd. informed that IRB Lalitpur Tollway Pvt. Ltd., a Project SPV of the IRB Infrastructure Trust (an Associate of IRB Infra), has signed the Concession Agreement today with the NHAI for Tolling and Operations & Maintenance of the Lalitpur Lakhnadon stretch of NH44 in the State of Madhya Pradesh on TollOperate-Transfer (TOT) basis.
In October 2023, IRB Infrastructure Trust (the Private InvIT of IRB), received a Letter of Award from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for Rs. 4,428 crore (US$ 532.2 million) Lalitpur Lakhnadon NH44 TOT 12 Project.
