It also has presence in telecom business directly and through joint venture companies.

As of November 19, 2025, Arvind Limited is partnering with Peak Sustainability Ventures to build a 40,000+ tonnes per year cotton stalk torrefaction plant in Gujarat, converting agricultural waste into torrefied biomass to replace coal in textile manufacturing boilers, accelerating its decarbonisation goals and advancing a scalable circular energy model for the industry. In February 2025, Arvind Limited and Purfi Global LLC have acquired initial equity stake of Rs. 10,00,000 (US$ 11540.78) in the joint venture company viz. Purfi Arvind Manufacturing India Private Limited in the ratio of 10:90 respectively. On January 18, 2025, Arvind Ltd., in partnership with PurFi Global, announced a major manufacturing scale-up to advance sustainable textile solutions, supporting global brands' 2030 circular economy commitments. |
