Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath announced that the state government is running a large campaign called Project Rozgar, through which more than two crore youths in the state will acquire jobs and employment in various sectors over the next 3-4 years. At the concluding ceremony of the two-day 'Lucknow Kaushal Mahotsav', which was organised in collaboration with the National Skill Development Mission and the Government of Uttar Pradesh, the government also declared the official launch of CM Apprenticeship Training, which will connect seven and a half lakh youths in the state. "Under the apprenticeship programme, the industry and the government will split the honorarium equally and distribute half to young people enrolled in universities and colleges.

The fact that 112 businesses are participating in this festival shows our potential. With the PM Skill Development Mission, Uttar Pradesh Skill Development Mission, and Shram and Seva Yojana, the state government has been working to develop the skills of 16 lakh young people during the past six years. Our government just recently signed a contract with Tata Technology to provide skill development opportunities to the youth of Uttar Pradesh. Through this, 35,000 young people will receive apprenticeships and on-the-job training.

Every industry that enters the state has been instructed to partner with one or more educational institutions to help the young population enhance their skill sets. With this, Uttar Pradesh would be able to fulfil its role as the nation's economic growth engine, in line with Prime Minister Modi's agenda. CM Yogi added that the late Prime Minister Mr. Atal Bihari Vajpayee presented a vision for India, while Vision 2020 was presented by Late President Dr. Abdul Kalam. Moreover, he said that the government would launch the One Family One ID card, which will enable the mapping of every family in the state.
