50% increase in hiring prospects for July-September quarter

According to data from international and local human talent management organisation Spectrum Talent Management, there will be a significant increase in recruiting during the quarter of July-September 2022. In the upcoming quarter, hiring is anticipated to increase by 50% overall.
Sectors like IT, telecom, BFSI, FMCG and healthcare saw a significant QoQ and YoY increase in hiring, ranging from 25-90%. Some other sectors like manufacturing, automotive and EPC have been watchful during the last year due to constraints but now the hiring scenario is expected to change this year.
