AI to Drive Fifth Industrial Revolution in India: Union Minister Mr. Ashwini Vaishnaw

Mr. Ashwini Vaishnaw, the Union Minister for Electronics and Information Technology, asserted that Artificial Intelligence (AI) will be instrumental in advancing the Fifth Industrial Revolution through its focus on societal benefits, universal usage and efficient management. At a recent meeting, Mr. Vaishnaw described how AI would improve efficiency and create innovative approaches to business by providing better tools for making decisions about how things run. Mr. Vaishnaw believes it is critical for industrial, student, and societal preparation for this technological change because this change will alter how economies will work moving forward. 
Additionally, he indicated that India has become a major global player in advanced technology, as it will soon be under one of the largest Artificial Intelligence (AI) summit events, demonstrating India's importance within the global digital elements. Furthermore, International Leading Semiconductors have already been making most of their newest cutting-edge chips within India; India continues to develop its capability in terms of innovation and technology. These developments show how ready India is for AI driven transformations that will put India into position as a major force in the next-generation Industrial Facility development, i.e., as a major force of the future of next-generation facilities & AI technologies. Moreover, the Government's investment in creating an enabling environment for AI to be implemented are anticipated to create jobs for the long-term economy and establish India as a leader in technology-based growth.
