Reliance Industries emerged as the biggest gainer last week, with eight of the top ten most valuable companies collectively adding Rs. 203,335.28 crore (US$ 24.58 billion) in market valuation.
Index heavyweight Reliance Industries' market capitalization (Mcap) stood at Rs. 1,672,365.60 crore (US$ 202.2 billion). The value of State Bank of India (SBI) stood at Rs. 500,492.23 crore (US$ 60.51 billion)
ICICI Bank's market valuation stood at Rs. 632,264.39 crore (US$ 76.44 billion) and that of Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) stood at Rs. 623,828.23 crore (US$ 75.42 billion)
