FMCG giant Nestle India debuted its own Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) website on Wednesday, entering the quickly expanding online channel.

According to Nestl India Chairman and Managing Director Mr. Suresh Narayanan, the business would introduce its D2C platform MyNestl in Delhi-NCR before expanding to other regions of the nation. Additionally, he said that customers may access free nutrition counselling and taste gourmet meals online.

The e-commerce channel generated 7.2% of Nestle India's sales during the July-September quarter. New, emergent formats like "rapid commerce" and "click & mortar" were a major contributor to it.

Several FMCG firms have recently created or bought their direct-to-consumer platforms and brands. The creators are currently moving online marketplaces like Amazon and Flipkart to their own websites and direct-to-consumer (D2C) businesses.
