Butterfly Learnings, a platform for paediatric development and behavioural health, has raised US$ 1.5 million in a seed round from investors, including Insitor Partners, 9Unicorns, Venture Catalysts, Fondation Botnar and UTIL Stiftung. The funds raised will be used in developing and scaling the digital product, as well as increasing the company's physical presence in India.

“There is a huge unmet need in India for behavioural health for children in the 2-8-year age bracket. We at Butterfly Learnings are using an evidence-based approach to deliver better outcomes to children and their families”, said Dr. Sonam Kothari, Co-Founder and CEO of Butterfly Learnings.

Dr. Kothari and Dr. Abhishek Sen founded Butterfly Learnings in 2021 to address children's behavioural health difficulties and developmental problems with a comprehensive in-person and online platform that combines Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), speech therapy, and occupational therapy.
