Hero MotoCorp opens assembly facility with 75,000 units capacity in Nepal

A new assembly facility has been opened in Nepal by Hero Motocorp in partnership with CG Motors. It can make up to 75,000 units per year and will bring investments and job opportunities. Hero Motocorp's Chief Business Officer for the Global Business Unit, Mr. Sanjay Bhan, mentioned that this development is exciting for both companies and Nepal. The assembly unit will produce their high-quality products locally, making them more accessible to Nepali customers. CG Motors, a part of the Chaudhary Group, will expand the sales and service network across Nepal. Managing Director of Chaudhary Group, Mr. Nirvana Chaudhary, expressed optimism about the collaboration, expecting it to strengthen their market presence. Chaudhary Group (CG) is a top business group in Nepal, with more than 160 companies and 123 brands globally.
