India and Greece agreed to collaborate on the co-production and co-development of military hardware and expedite a mobility and migration pact during a meeting between Prime Minister, Mr. Narendra Modi and his Greek counterpart Prime Minister, Mr. Kyriakos Mitsotakis.

Both leaders discussed shared concerns in counter-terrorism and vowed to strengthen cooperation in this area. They also welcomed Greece's participation in the Indo-Pacific Oceans Initiative and its active role in the region. Discussions covered sectors like pharma, technology, agriculture, and space, aiming to double bilateral trade by 2030.

The meeting highlighted the growing India-Greece defence cooperation, with opportunities for co-production and co-development in defence manufacturing. A pact to link the two nations' defence industries and facilitate student and business travel is expected soon. Both leaders emphasized resolving disputes through dialogue and diplomacy and supported reforming the UN and other global institutions.
