India gave ‘bouquet of hope’ to the world: Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi

Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi electronically addressed the plenary session of the Eastern Economic Forum 2022, which is being hosted in Vladivostok, Russia, saying that India has given the entire world a "bouquet of optimism." The bouquet comprises trust in democracy, technology to empower the 21st century, and our talent and temperament, the Prime Minister remarked.
This month marks the 30th anniversary of the Indian Consulate in Vladivostok. India was the first to establish a consulate in this city. India's cooperation with Russia's the Far East has risen in a variety of fields, according to Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi. He said that the policy has become a significant foundation of India and Russia's Special and Privileged Strategic Partnership.
