Insights from 3,200 IT decision-makers, including 300 from India, indicate a promising investment outlook, with 94% expecting increased budget allocations towards GenAI initiatives in the next 2-3 years. However, concerns about data processing and usage were expressed by nearly all respondents, emphasizing the importance of working with GenAI providers to safeguard sensitive information.
