India offers the unbeatable combination of talent, scale and skill to the world: Mr. Piyush Goyal

According to Mr. Piyush Goyal, Minister for Commerce and Industry, Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, and Textiles, India offers the world an unrivalled combination of talent, scale, and competence. After visiting the Knowledge section of the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Chennai, he was engaging with the students.

The Minister talked about India's enormous potential for invention and said that because of our creativity and skill pool, the rest of the world will turn to India for it if it wanted to engage with sustainability and newer technology at a reasonable price. Every product and technology generated here has a vast market, he continued, thanks to India's manufacturing prowess, sustainability, energy efficiency, and electric mobility.

According to him, India offers a sizable market of more than a billion people who are now globally connected via television and smart phones. The Minister remarked that the world now acknowledges that India's moment to shine has come. The demographic dividend that India has, as well as its sizable young population, is another strength, he claimed.
