India presents a bright spot amidst the gloom prevailing in the world - Commerce and Industry Minister Mr. Piyush Goyal

Minister of Commerce and Industry, Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution and Textiles, Mr. Piyush Goyal, served as Chief Guest at the Ahimsa Vishwa Bharti National Conference. The Conference took place on November 6, 2022, in Mumbai. At the occasion, the Minister emphasised India's goal of becoming a Vishwaguru. Mr. Bhagat Singh Koshyari, the Governor of Maharashtra, Acharya Dr. Lokesh Muni, and other dignitaries from Ahimsa Vishwa Bharti were also in attendance.
Saints and sages, Mr. Goyal remarked in his speech to the conference, light the spark that makes one's work glow. Sages serve as a good reminder for us when we need it, according to the Minister. He continued by saying that in order to connect religion with daily life without becoming enmeshed in ritualistic practises, Acharyas like Dr. Lokesh serve as examples of what this should look like.
He mentioned the exceptional success of programmes like Har Ghar Tiranga when discussing the nation's mission to become Vishwaguru. It was nearly impossible to find even one home that did not have the national flag flown in it. He described India as a ray of hope in a depressing world, adding that every Indian can see the advancements the country is making.
