India's exports reached US$ 300 billion from April to December 2021 and are expected to exceed US$ 400 billion by the end of this fiscal year, according to Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal.
"People laughed at us when we said we wanted to export US$ 400 billion worth of goods. But now we have reached US$ 300 billion in the first nine months of this fiscal year. We dreamed big about exporting and making India vibrant with limitless commercial potential even during the pandemic," he stated.
Goyal was speaking to a gathering of university students affiliated with the 'Chhatra Sansad' in Vadodara.
In response to a participant's question about how he comes up with appropriate management ideas, he replied it is critical to hear and listen to all points of view with open minds, without becoming biased or prejudiced about anything.
