After revealing the logo, theme, and website for the upcoming G20 presidency on Tuesday, Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi said India would use the occasion to showcase its knowledge with the globe in the fields of women's empowerment, democracy, and digital technologies.

He added that India's goal as the leader of the influential group will be to ensure that there is only "one world" and "no more first world and third world."

On December 1, India will take over the Presidency of the influential alliance from Indonesia. An intergovernmental meeting of the world's leading developed and emerging economies is known as the G20 or Group of 20.

By highlighting India's democratic characteristics, Mr. Modi may also demonstrate to the rest of the world how democracy can end all forms of warfare. He claimed that the G20 summit in India would involve more than simply diplomacy and that the nation views it as a "new obligation."
