Off the coast of Odisha's Balasore region, India successfully tested the Indigenous Technology Cruise Missile developed by the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO).
According to reports, the missile flew for 150 kilometres using an indigenous cruise engine.
"In the near future, further testing will be done," sources stated.
In Balasore, India successfully tested the indigenously built New Generation Akash Missile (Akash-NG), a Surface to Air Missile defensive system on July 23, 2021. The 30 km strike-range air defence missile systems were tested for the second time in two days.
