India-US relationship today impacts rest of world: Dr. S. Jaishankar

The relationship between India and the US today has an impact on the rest of the world because many countries look to the association individually and bilaterally for solutions that the world is looking for in many areas, Minister of External Affairs Dr. S. Jaishankar said at a press conference in the US. Referring to bilateral talks between India and the US as robust, pleasant, and productive, Dr. S. Jaishankar emphasised that the visit was extremely comfortable and that he had some great exchanges with US Ministers.

He stated that he believes that the current relationship between India and the US has an impact on the rest of the world. There are many countries that look at India individually and bilaterally for some portion of the improvement that they hope for answers that the world is looking for in various ways. Aside from that, the minister met with members of the US Congress and had a good talk on what was going on in the semiconductor industry and the ease of doing business in India.
