The Indian technology industry is set to grow by 8.4% in FY23 to become a US$ 245 billion sector, National Association of Software and Services Companies (NASSCOM) said.
The industry lobby reported in its strategy review that the sector generated US$ 226 billion in revenues in FY22.
About 2.90 lakh new jobs to take the overall number to 54 lakh employees in the sector and the top-five companies have a strong deal pipeline of US$ 18 billion.
The industry is well on its way to becoming a US$ 500 billion sector by 2030.
